Email content from Debbie Wells-
"I have been visiting the website and am very interested in encouraging you and your fellow artists to exhibit and sell in Washington, GA November 5 and 6, 2005.
I am the chairperson of the fledgling organization, Washington Wilkes Foundation for the Arts and Performing Arts. The November marks our second "Washington Connections" Art Show. It proved very successful last year with all artists returning. It is unique in that the artist has the choice of indoor or outdoor space.
[Sic] Washington, GA is a charming, historic, unique community located between Athens and Augusta about 100 miles east of Atlanta. If your group agrees to participate I am thinking we could highlight outsider art by designating a special area for you. "
Second email:
"We will again have our "Washington Connections" Art Show, Exhibit, and Marketplace. This will take place the first Saturday in November 2005. Make your plans to participate, join us for fun and enjoying wonderful Washington, GA. It would be great if you would invite your fellow artisans to be with us. You will be their "washington connection". We are open to your suggestions, so please offer them. Would you like this to be a two-day event? Or....optional according to individual choice? We will have musical entertainment one night of the weekend but this will be primarily a visual art event. Detailed infromation and applications will follow shortly but I would like a reply from you before then telling me if you are going to participate. I look forward to your participation and suggestions.
